Funny Poem

I don’t take credit for this but it’s good so I’m going to post it. Read this out loud as fast as you can. Struggle? I know I did.

I take it you already know,
Of tough and bough and cough and dough.
Others may stumble, but not you,
On hiccough, thorough, laugh and through.
Well done! And now you wish, perhaps,
To learn of less familiar traps.
Beware of heard, a dreadful word,
That looks like beard and sounds like bird.
And dead - it’s said like bed, not bead,
For goodness’ sake, don’t call it ‘deed’!
Watch out for meat and great and threat,
(They rhyme with suite and straight and debt).
A moth is not a moth in mother,
Nor both in bother, broth in brother.
And here is not a match for there,
Nor dear and fear for bear and pear.
And then there’s dose and rose and lose –
Just look them up – and goose and choose.
And cork and work and card and ward,
And font and front and word and sword.
And do and go and thwart and cart –
Come, come, I’ve hardly made a start!
A dreadful language? Why man alive!
I’d mastered it when I was five.

Britain’s got Talent - Michael Jackson

Britain’s got Talent

This pair are already in the final. I hope they win. Something really original about their act. Watch the videos below.

Suleman Mirza and Madhu Singh. One’s a lawyer and one’s a salesman. They dance in their free time. This is what the competition is about.

David Blaine on Youtube

Surfing Youtube once again and found these videos

Obviously the first is the best as it is the most original, but thought I would put all three up in case you liked them that much.

Jumpstyle

Jumpstyle. The new way to dance.

Searching on Youtube brought me to this video. It is a subgenre of hard dance and appears to be only popular in Netherlands and Belgium. It originated in Belgium and developed from hakken which is punching and kicking in the air. Jumpstyle consists of jumping in time to the beat as seen in the videos.

For all those people who would like to learn how to jump watch the video below. Not sure who would. It seems like that to dance like this in a club would be near impossible because each person takes up more than twice the room of a normal person.

Pretty wierd. Glad it’s not become too popular in the UK though. What do you guys think? Comment below. Like this? Then subscribe to my blog.

The iPod has conquered space!

Apple has finally taken over the world. It’s now headed into space for harder challenges!

iPod in Space

Here is a picture of the Space Craft Endeavour as it is photographed for detailed images of it’s heat shield to

check for damages.

I wonder what they were listening to? Space Oddity by David Bowe by any chance?

iPods are prefered over CD players because of the small amount of room they take up!
