FreebieJeebies – Does FreebieJeebies Work?

We’ve all seen the adverts where you can get a free gift if you sign up for a service. This is just like that. FreebieJeebies works through affiliate marketing. It helps promote the services of other companies by rewarding users for trying them out. This is a process that has been explored in depth by many media networks, such as the BBC and CNN. They all came to one conclusion, it does work, although it takes time and effort.

Does FreebieJeebies work? Yes it does. FreebieJeebies launched in March 2007 and since then have sent out over 3/4 million pounds worth of goods to users in the UK, US and other countries. You can see some of the people who have got their free gifts over at a forum called Exceem.

FreebieJeebies Information

FreebieJeebies is one of the UK’s largest and most well known free gift sites. They are a freebie incentive site and can found at freebiejeebies.co.uk. They own a network of sites offering a large range of free gifts. Below is the full list of sites included in the FreebieJeebies network:

consoles.freebiejeebies.co.uk
hdtv.freebiejeebies.co.uk
apple.freebiejeebies.co.uk
ps3.freebiejeebies.co.uk
mobiles.freebiejeebies.co.uk
sports.freebiejeebies.co.uk
gadgets.freebiejeebies.co.uk
points.freebiejeebies.co.uk
gifts.freebiejeebies.co.uk
select.freebiejeebies.co.uk

FreebieJeebies has become a registered limited company and operates a strict no spam policy. They are registered with the Data Protection Act and will not sell on your details.

They were the first UK freebie network to allow its users to complete the site more than once. With FreebieJeebies you are not limited to just one gift, you can receive as many as you want to. They were also the first UK network to allow users to roll over their referrals. If you gain more than the referrals needed then you can save those referrals for another gift.

Is FreebieJeebies a scam?

FreebieJeebies is not a scam. As mentioned, they have been open since March 2007 and have sent out close to a million pounds worth of free gifts. They have been mentioned in the T3 technology magazine. Last year they gave away a car in their largest competition. You can find a video of the draw by the owners of FreebieJeebies on YouTube.

FreebieJeebies Review

FreebieJeebies is the best referral incentive network out there at the moment. They offer unparalleled support, with the average response time being under one hour! With replies that quick it does not seem as though you’re talking over email, it’s more like instant messaging! With FreebieJeebies you can be sure that your information is safe. Since registering I have not received a single piece of spam email. They ship out gifts on a regular basis and are always updating their large catalogue of sponsor offers to ensure that you are constantly receiving the best deal.

iPhone Games – The top list of games to download to your iPhone for free

freeipodsetc.co.uk has searched far and wide to find you a list of the most addictive free games for the iPhone that are available to play. The majority of these games can be accessed via Wi-Fi or 3G but some may require you to download them to a jailbroken Apple iPhone. Please link back to this site if you’ve found it useful. We’ve already compiled a list of games for the iPod Touch but that was a while ago and so many of the links may not be working. The games for the iPod Touch will also work on the iPhone as they share the same Apple operating system but with the last list slightly out of date we deemed it necessary to compile a new one with the release of the iPhone 4!

At the moment this list is not the most organised list of iPhone games so please use CTRL + F and search for the name if you are looking for a specific game. We’ll be adding more free iPhone games whenever possible so keep checking back

What’s the difference between the new iPod Touch and the old iPod Touch

So you have a first generation iPod Touch. You spent quite a lot on it. It holds 8GB or more and was a pretty sweet device. Now the 2nd generation Apple iPod Touch is out you may be thinking, “What’s the difference?”. You have bought a case for the 1st generation Apple iPod Touch and are wondering if a case thats fits the first iPod Touch will fit the second new iPod Touch.

So what is the difference between the old iPod Touch and the new iPod Touch?

The new iPod Touch has a built-in loudspeaker.

The new iPod Touch has a sleek new design. It is thinner which may mean that a case designer for the old iPod Touch may not fit the new iPod Touch. The new iPod Touch now feels like an iPhone.

The back of the iPod Touch has been redsigned so fingerprints are no less obvious. Chrome bezel instead of the old black bezel.

The iPod Touch offers built-in wireless receiver for Nike+. Just put the sensor in your shoe and begin to run. The iPod Touch will track your progress.

The new iPod Touch has improved battery life. Now listen to 36 hours of music or watch 6 hours of video.

There are volume controls on the side of the iPod giving you easy access to the most used controls.

The graphics chips in the iPod Touch have been updated so you can now play the best games on the move.

The best part is that the new iPod Touch is a lot cheaper.

Want an iPod Touch but don’t want to pay for it? Get a free iPod Touch using our free iPod Touch guide.

Use your Xbox 360 with your PC Monitor

This simple guide gives you everything you need to be able to play Xbox 360, full screen, in full HD without having to even by a new TV.

This is what you need to set up your Xbox 360 on your PC monitor:

* Xbox 360 Premium
* A DVI to VGA cable seen here
* A Hifi with an input but this could just be your PC speakers
* A VGA and audio two way switch seen here
* A 24? 1900×1200 monitor

Basically you have to buy the new AV cable for the Xbox 360. This can be then plugged into the vga/audio switch. You also plug the monitor cable and sound cables from your computer into it. The output of the vga/audio switch go into the 24? monitor and the speakers you have. To change from PC to Xbox all you have to do is simply flick a switch. It also changes the audio input from PC to Xbox

How to Jailbreak your iPod Touch for Free

Are you looking to unlock your iPod Touch so that you are able to use a large variety of applications on your iPod Touch? Your iPod Touch could soon have a large number of games applications on which would have cost you a lot of money to purchase from the App Store!

Simply go here to unlock your iPod Touch for free.

What is unlocking/jailbreaking

In short, this is when you override the iPods operating system. You are then able to access the iPod using your computer and then change how the iPod runs.

Once jailbreaked or ‘unlocked’ a user is able to read/edit the locked operating system files on the iPod Touch. There is some risk to jailbreaking your iPod Touch or iPhone. If you do not follow the instructions correctly then you may run into some trouble such as an unreponsive keypad. Most problems can be fixed by a simple factory resest using iTunes though. Is jailbreaking legal? Apple says no but the truth is that they have bigger fish to fry. They are too tied up with legal battles with the likes of Nokia, Fujitsu and Psystar to really care about people jailbreaking to play games on their iPod Touch.

How to play PS2 games on a 40GB PS3

Is there a software hack you can do to play PS2 games on a 40GB PS3?

So when the PS2 came out you spent hundreds of pounds to fill your games rack with the latest games. Now the PS3 is out you still have some of those timeless classics. Thing is, you’ve gone and bought the 40GB PS3 which cannot play PS2 games.

You’ve come here to find out how to play your PS2 games on your 40GB PS3 by using some software transfer. The truth is, you cannot simply transfer the software from a 60GB or 80GB PS3 and here’s why, courtesy of a Yahoo Answer:

The emulation is not purely software-based for either machine (80GB & 60GB) so playing PS2 games on them doesn’t simply use software.

The 60GB machine used a 100% hardware emulation approach including the “emotion engine” to natively run PS2 games. To be clear, there are actually 2 parts of the emulation in the 60GB, usually referred to as EE+GS emulation. EE is the “emotion engine”, GS is the “graphics synthesizer”. Basically, the PS3 reads and runs the PS2 game using the emotion chip and emulates the graphics with a PS2 graphics synthesizer.

The 80GB, however, uses a part software, part hardware emulation. The part of the hardware emulation that was removed was the “emotion engine” hence how everyone refers to this difference. This was replaced by software emulation, which is usually regarded as inferior. However, the 80GB actually still has the GS hardware in it to emulate the graphics for PS2 games–hence replicating this emulation in a 40GB machine is not a simple task of just moving the software emulation.

So, to be concise, no, there is no convenient software-based method for you to make your 40GB PS3 play PS2 games, as the 40GB has none of this (no EE, no GS, no software emulator).

So there you go all you 40GB PS3 owners. Seems like your stuffed!

OH £%$&! Your PC has crashed and you’ve lost all your MP3 files and the only place they are is on your iPod! How do you get them back???

So you’ve got all your MP3 files on your iPod but they aren’t on your PC. Maybe you’ve reformatted your harddrive without backing up or maybe you’ve just bought a new PC. This guide will show you how you can transfer your music back from your iPod to your PC

Follow the steps below to transfer your music from your iPod to your PC:

1. The first step is to make sure you have the most up to date iTunes. This will allow you to get your purchased music off your iPod easily.
2. Now connect your iPod to your PC. iTunes will start up. If you have auto sync on you have to close iTunes before it begins to erase your iPod and delete all your songs. If you don’t have auto sync on then you simply press cancel instead of the ‘Erase and Sync’ button.
3. The next step is to recover all the purchased music you have on your iPod. This can be done by using iTunes.
4. Simply go to ‘Authorise Computer’ on the ‘Store menu’ as seen below and then enter the iTunes Apple ID and password which you used to buy the music with.

5. Then go to the ‘file’ menu and then click ‘Transfer Purchases from yourname’s iPod’

6. Then click ‘Transfer Purchases’ on the next popup window. All purchased content found on the iPod will now transfer from your iPod to your PC and iTunes.
7. So now you want to transfer songs which you didn’t purchase. To do this you have to either do it manually or use some software to do it for you.
8. First I will go through it manually. To start with you have to make your iPod act as a disk. Click on your iPod on the list on the left and then click “Enable Disk Use”

9. Now go to ‘My Computer’ and then by ‘Devices with Removable Storage” should be your iPod. Double click on that. You should see a list of folders. If you cannot see one called ‘iPod_control’ then click on ‘Tools’ then ‘Folder options’ then click ‘View’ then scroll down to ‘Show hidden files and folders’.
10. Now click on ‘iPod_Control’ and then go to ‘Music’ and then you will see folders which contain your music files. Simply drag the files into where you want to store them on your PC. You can even just add the whole folder using the iTunes and then going to ‘File’ and then ‘Add folder to Library’. (you must make folder unhidden first by right clicking ‘iPod control’ going to properties and then unchecking the hidden check. They will not have the correct names until you add them to iTunes. iTunes should then rename the files correctly.

If you do it this way you may not be able to get your playlists, ratings, play counts, last played details etc. back. I would reccommend you using a 3rd party software to tranfer the files as you will then be able to get some playlists back. I would reccommend trying iDump. It is a simple free piece of software which will automatically find and transfer the files to your PC from your iPod. Click here to visit the website to download it

This version has extra software to help you out and also a few extra tips. With games on your iPod, you can simply transfer using the ‘purchases’ technique.
